Canyoning Tour Auer Gorge & Alpine Rose Gorge

Meeting point: Our rafting basis in Ambach (2 km into the Ötztal valley) at 9.30 am

Both tours start at the rafting basis in Ambach, where all participants receive special 5 mm canyoning wetsuits, helmets, alpine boots and climbing harnesses. Detailed security information by a certified canyoning guide. Afterwards challenging tour through the Auer gorge and the Alpine Rose gorge.

Depending on water levels some of the above mentioned procedures may change. Entire tour length 5-6 hours (time in the Auer gorge approx. 4-5 hours, time in the Alpine Rose gorge approx. 2-3 hours). Medium to difficult tour.

Preconditions: sure-footed walking, no fear of cold water, good physical condition. If water levels are too high or other dangerous conditions arise, we reserve the right to postpone, abandon or change a tour for security reasons. The following services are included in the price:

Transfer, complete equipment to protect against cold (laundered and disinfected), climbing harness with carabiner and helmet, canyoning guide, food prepared on the campfire (steak with drinks), hot shower, on request free use of the sauna, certificate as a souvenir.

Please bring good mood, alpine or trekking boots, a swimsuit and a towel (alpine boots can be provided on request).
