Following a short morning hike, our trainer Barbara shows you how to achieve deep relaxation with yoga.

Yoga: introductory summer courses in Niederthai

With simple physical exercises, breathing exercises and deep relaxation you can strengthen, stretch and calm your inner and outer self. No matter how old or flexible you are, this yoga class is suitable for all those who want to do their body good and simply try out some yoga!

Tuesdays: 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Thursdays: 09:00 am - 10:00 am
Please sign up at least 30 minutes prior to course commencement

About Barbara:

Born and raised in Niederthai, Barbara has recently returned back home following her studies abroad and a career in the financial sector to pursue her calling.  Because of her enthusiasm for sports, Barbara has always been fascinated with health and exercise. For Barbara, yoga is more than a method for staying physically fit, finding peace and restoring inner balance, it is also her passion. Both her faith in this fascinating ancient Indian philosophy - as well as the encouragement of her teachers - helped her decide to share yoga with people around her and thus contribute to their holistic well-being. Her aim is to support people on their way towards individuality and to arouse enthusiasm for a healthy lifestyle.

Yoga has a holistic and sustainable effect on our natural well-being. It provides both the body and the soul with strength and stability. Through targeted gentle exercise sequences, the whole body is strengthened, stretched and mobilized. In combination with a conscious breathing technique, yoga exercises stimulate and harmonize your body’s energy flow. Inner obstacles are dissolved and you experience physical as well as mental balance.

Barbara accompanies all course participants with much experience, attentiveness and dedication. The courses are suitable for beginners as well as advanced.
