EXCITING STALKING OF RAINBOW TROUT, BROWN TROUT AND CHAR IN OUR MOUNTAIN STREAM

The Horlach stream is a fast-flowing mountain stream with cold, clean water rich in oxygen. The stream is clear in the summer and the area is between 1000m to 2000m above sea level. Suitable equipment includes an 8 – 9 foot rod, line, class 3-5 waders, although the Horlach stream can mostly be fished from the bank.

Equipment: Fly fishing/spare hook/catch and release.

And by the way:1 of your catch can be prepared for you in our kitchen to enjoy during your stay.

15 km mountain stream, Width: 3 bis 8 m
Stock: Brown trout, char in the lower part rainbow trout

MOUNTAIN LAKES

Situated at 2500 m in altitude these lakes are only accessible on foot.
Stock: Char, lake trout, brown trout

CLOSED SEASON

Brown trout: 01.10. bis 28.02.
Rainbow trout: no closed season
River trout: 01.10. bis 31.03.
Lake trout: 01.10. bis 28.02.
